SMOKING - Not permitted in the condos.
PAYMENTS: Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the entire balance. We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.
CANCELLATIONS - No credit will be issued for early departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit equal to one night's rental (minimum $100) is required upon arrival. It is refunded within 30 days following departure provided the unit is left in satisfactory condition. Before checking out, please load all your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start it. Take all trash to the nearest trash receptacle.
NO PARTIES - No parties or groups larger than those renting the property are allowed without prior permission. UNIT CAPACITY is restricted to 2 people per bedroom. 2 additional people are permitted, if a sofa bed is provided, for an additional charge. We do make allowances for infants and toddlers.
AGE RESTRICTION - All occupants must be 21 years of age or older unless they are part of an accompanying family. Those violating this regulation will not be allowed occupancy and will forfeit all deposits or payments paid.
BOAT DOCKS, LAUNCHING, AND BOAT TRAILER PARKING - Arrangements should be made with a nearby marina.
FIREPLACES - Fireplaces are decorative only, and use of firewood is strictly prohibited. Fireplaces are not available for use during the summer season. During the winter, use Duraflame-type decorative logs only please.
BARBEQUE / GRILLING - Only allowed in designated areas.
