Accommodations - Vacation Condo Rentals

The condominiums (also known as "villas") surrounding the Country Club Hotel and Spa have many on-site amenities to offer including one indoor pool and seven outdoor pools,  outdoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, and a fully equipped health spa with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, massage therapy, facial and body treatments. Our two and three bedroom condos (villas) feature:

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM 

SMOKING - Not permitted in the condos.

PAYMENTS: Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the entire balance. We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.

CANCELLATIONS - No credit will be issued for early departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit equal to one night's rental (minimum $100) is required upon arrival. It is refunded within 30 days following departure provided the unit is left in satisfactory condition. Before checking out, please load all your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start it. Take all trash to the nearest trash receptacle.

NO PARTIES - No parties or groups larger than those renting the property are allowed without prior permission. UNIT CAPACITY is restricted to 2 people per bedroom. 2 additional people are permitted, if a sofa bed is provided, for an additional charge. We do make allowances for infants and toddlers.

AGE RESTRICTION - All occupants must be 21 years of age or older unless they are part of an accompanying family. Those violating this regulation will not be allowed occupancy and will forfeit all deposits or payments paid.

PETS - Sorry, no pets of any kind. They are strictly prohibited.
 
BOAT DOCKS, LAUNCHING, AND BOAT TRAILER PARKING - Arrangements should be made with a nearby marina.

FIREPLACES - Fireplaces are decorative only, and use of firewood is strictly prohibited. Fireplaces are not available for use during the summer season. During the winter, use Duraflame-type decorative logs only please.

BARBEQUE / GRILLING - Only allowed in designated areas.
 
BASIC SUPPLY PACKAGE
Country Club Hotel & Spa supplies the following BASIC SUPPLY PACKAGE. Minimal amounts of the following are provided for convenience during your stay:

· Bed Linens
· Washcloths/Towels
· Dish Cloth/Towels
· Toilet Tissue
· Trash Bags
· Liquid Dish Soap
· Assorted Bathroom Amenities
· Laundry Detergent
· Powder Dishwasher Soap
 
Linens are provided as a courtesy to all renters. Sheets and towels will be supplied for use during your stay. Our units are equipped with washers and dryers. We suggest bringing laundry detergent. Maid service is performed prior to your arrival and after your departure. We are pleased to offer maid service during your stay for a nominal fee. Scheduling maid service must be arranged with our front office 24 hours in advance.
